Entry Fee & Passes: 1=DAY Pass for Tattoo Convention entry per registration for Saturday ONLY
Cars, Motorcycles, SUV & for Bikes & Special Interest.
Move -in times are as follows Saturday from 8am-11am Show times are from 12p.m.-10p.m.
Pre-Application: Entry payments are accepted: Cash, Checks, Credit cards & Money Orders.
Approvals: All entries are subject to approval by the Colorado Tattoo Convention staff , Vehicle must pass final inspection at the entry door. Colorado super show reserves the right to refuse any entry
Fees:Entry fees are non refundable.
Liability:
COLORADO TATTOO CONVENTION, THE NATIONAL WESTERN COMPLEX, CITY & COUNTY OF DENVER , COLORADO SUPERSHOW
Assume NO Responsibility or Liability for theft or property damage to the vehicle or display during setup,event hours, the duration of the event move-in & move-out.
Security:During duration of the event, we will provide Security but none during overnight entry, Only during show hours
But this does not guarantee against theft or damage to the vehicle. Participation is at your own risk
all valued display items should be secured. and shall be at your own risk to participate in this event.
Judging: All Judging scores are final.
Photography & Video: Colorado Tattoo Convention & Its Parent company reserves the Right to any Photograph & Videotape to reproduce for future events , Photos taken at the event in any medium, at no Compensation to the owner or participant
Upon entry Owner & participant surrenders all Rights.
Safety: All Regulations must be followed as set forth by the Colorado Tattoo Convention, Colorado Supers show & The National Western Complex Complex, Denver Health Department To the Fullest, Denver Fire Department are subject to disqualification all batteries must be disconnected once you have set up in the venue, Gas/Fuel level for entrance must be under one quarter tank or vehicle will not be allowed to enter.
Participants will NOT be allowed to start , run or drive their vehicle, operate their hydraulics During event hours. Participants will be held fully Responsible or Liable for damages occurring from the movement of the vehicle Before, During & After the event.
Move out is at 9 p.m. saturday night
As a Participant/s in the Colorado Tattoo Convention Event, I hereby agree to the stipulations and fully understand the Rules & Regulations set forth and I understand my responsibilities.
