THE CITY & COUNTY OF DENVER REQUIRES THAT YOU MUST HAVE A BODY ART ESTABLISHMENT OR APPLY FOR A TEMPORARY BODY ARTIST LIC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CTC&E 
You are responsible to submit all City Required Applications and Required Original Documents to the City and County of Denver excise and licensing to participate, all Required documentation must be submitted Via Certified mail to:

The CTC&E will submit to any Artist/Shop all required Applications by request to help you acquire and process your temporary body artist license in a timely fashion to the City of Denver City & County to participate in CTC&E.

By Agreeing to the Acceptance of payment thru this On-line registration, I agreed to have read and understood the information in this Vendor booth agreement outlined In the Vendor Rules & Regulation  herein and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this event.

Application Agreement & General Rules & Regulations
This year per the request of the Denver County Environmental Health Department
CTC&E has been asked to enforce new rules at the convention to create a Healthier & Safer work environment for the general public and participating Body Modification Artist.
In order to reduce any problems that may arise, we are asking that all tattoo artist adhere to our General Rules & Regulations. Colorado Tattoo Convention & Expo is strictly enforcing the rules and will enforce a NO tolerance policy for noncompliance.
Please note: If you fail to abide by these rules, and are given a warning or are asked to leave the convention for any reason, you will not be invited back next year and may be asked to leave.

ALL BODY MODIFICATION ARTISTS MUST be registered with the city and county of Denver Excise and
Licensing 30 days prior to the date & start of the convention to participate and prior to the beginning of the
convention. City & County of Denver Regulation. Failure to apply before the mandatory date will result in non
compliance of City rules and you will not be able to participate and forfeit your booth space.

ALL BODY MODIFICATION ARTISTS MUST have Licences, Badges and BBP certificates and must be present &
posted in a visible area at your booth space at all times during the convention.

ONLY ARTISTS REGISTERED TO THE BOOTH will be allowed to perform any Body Art Modification during the
convention.

ARTISTS NOT LICENSED OR REGISTERED who are rotating, swapping or tattooing at the
convention will be removed from the convention and registered artist will be fined $250.00.
by the Denver County of Environmental Health within the body modification work space. 

BIO HAZARD WASTE REMOVAL
* 1 BIOHAZARD (LABELED) waste bin will be provided to each Body Modification Artist booth for every 2 artist.
DISPOSE OF ANY AND ALL CONTAMINATED BIOHAZARD WASTE ONLY IN THE LIABLED BIN. DO NOT
DISPOSE OF USED NEEDLES OR SHARP OBJECTS IN THE BIOHAZARD WASTE CONTAINER. THESE ARE
VIOLATIONS OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CODE, AND ANY ARTIST CAUGHT COMMITTING THESE ACTS
WILL BE FINED AND/OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE CONVENTION.

NEEDLE DISPOSAL
* 1 SHARPS CONTAINER will be provided for every REGISTERED BODY MODIFICATION ARTIST.
PLEASE STORE SHARPS CONTAINER AWAY FROM FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC DURING CONVENTION
HOURS, OVER NIGHT & AFTER HOUR STORAGE. PLEASE STORE IN A VISIBLE AND SAFE AREA FOR
OVERNIGHT STORAGE.

TRASH
* 1 Trash bin will be provided for every booth
YOU ARE TO CLEAN UP YOUR OWN TRASH AT ALL TIMES DURING THE CONVENTION HOURS AND BEFORE
YOU LEAVE AT NIGHT.
There will be trash receptacles and dumpsters spread throughout the festival area in addition to roll off and front load dumpsters.Please break down all boxes! There are trash receptacles and dumpsters on site.
There will be staff on site to help keep the convention clean and empty trash bins during the event .
The staff IS NOT responsible for your personal trash.
TRASH LEFT BEHIND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, NOR WILL IMPROPER DISPOSAL
OF DIRTY WATER OR GREASE. THESE ARE VIOLATIONS OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CODE, AND ANY
ARTIST/VENDOR CAUGHT COMMITTING THESE ACTS WILL BE FINED AND/OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE
CONVENTION.

POTABLE WATER
A HANDWASHING STATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY CTC&E FOR EVERY 2 BOOTHS THEY WILL BE LOCATED
IN YOUR DESIGNATED TATTOO BOOTH SPACE. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THE GENERAL PUBLIC USE THESE
WASH SINKS. DO NOT POUR SODA OR DISPOSE OF PAPER TOWELS IN THE SINKS OR USE THE PORTABLE
WATER TANK AS A CLEANING SINK. DO NOT POUR ANY FOREIGN SUBSTANCE INTO THE HAND WASH
STATION.
If you are seen disposing of these materials improperly you will be removed from the convention and/or fined.
If you are a tattoo artist and need to resupply your water, please contact a staff member of the CTC&E.
A staff member will be on site in the tattoo area and is available for assistance to obtain water from the designated areas.
You may CALL OR TEXT (720-481-5690) or contact the REGISTRATION TABLE and CTC&E Management
will send a assistant to take it to the designated area and dispose of properly and obtain water for you.

BOOTH RENTAL & RESERVATION 
All Booth Reservation are final NO REFUNDS ON BOOTH Rental or Reservations.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 
NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the body modification booths or be consumed by any TATTOO ARTIST OR CLIENT during any body art modification procedure for the general public’s health and safety.
ALL ALCOHOL is to be consumed in the BEER GARDENS ONLY.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL can be brought into the venue. This rule will be strictly enforced and is for the general public’s health and safety. 

MARIJUANA
MARIJUANA consumption in any form will will not be allowed on or in the premises at any time during convention hours.

VAPING
VAPING will only be allowed in DESIGNATED AREAS within the venue grounds and will be enforced & banned Dogs and other pets, with exception of service animals, are not allowed into the venue, booths or anywhere in the convention site during the event.

WRISTBANDS
WRISTBANDS NO Sharing or wristbands no permitting Friends & Family to share wristbands. 

ELECTRICAL
LIGHTS AND CORDS Please have those available for inspection on Friday, even if you are not completely set up. This will speed up the process of inspection and approval.

ONLY 3 PRONG GROUND CORDS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE. You are responsible for your own Equipment, tent, tables, and chairs. 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided to you as part of your booth space rental contract if you would like another table they are available for rental for $10.00 a table and $5.00 per chair. You are responsible for your own Equipment & Products,

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT
BEFORE, DURING & MOVING OUT (Having adequate equipment moving them in and out, putting them away at night, taking them out in the morning, etc).

SECURITY
24 Hour security will be on site Friday through Sunday, however, we strongly encourage you NOT to leave any
items of value overnight. The Colorado Tattoo Convention or Mangers or Contractors, The National western complex  & The City & County of Denver are not responsible for any damaged or stolen equipment, merchandise or items of value.

SALES TAXES
CITY SALES TAX all Vendors must submit the city sales tax form with payment or note of no sales within 10
days after event (by Sept. 30, 2018). This is your responsibility to collect and pay any taxes owed to the City, State & Federal Government.

You may begin breaking down your site at 6:00 pm Sunday. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the area until 7:30 pm. This is for public safety reasons and to ensure that all pedestrians have left the event area. Should you need to borrow a Dollie to remove your equipment and merchandise from your area we
will need an ID until the cart is returned. Please DO NOT use the elevators. ONLY for general public.
